CyTech offers technical support in the following areas:

• Connections to a CyTech dial-up accounts
• Problems with computers and peripherals purchased from CyTech
• Problems with Websites designed by CyTech or hosted on CyTech Web servers
• Problems with networks designed and/or assembled by CyTech
• Problems with CyTech E-mail accounts
• Problems unique in nature when the problem pertains to a product or service sold by or provided by CyTech
